How to Apply

Please complete the online application, thinking carefully about why you want to take part in ICS. Applicants will be judged on their motivation and their understanding of and commitment to our aims. Remember that we don’t require previous experience or skills what we're interested in is why you want to take part in ICS and that you fully understand the aims and goals of the programme.

The online form is the first chance we get to find out more about you and why you’re interested in taking part. We’ll look at what you tell us, and decide whether to invite you through to the next step.

What happens next?

If your initial application is successful we will try and place you on the next available assessment day. Candidates must be available to attend an assessment day in London on one of the scheduled dates in order to proceed with their application. Unfortunately we cannot always place all successful candidates on an assessment day.

Who can apply You must be between 18-25

You must be a UK or EEA citizen currently living in the UK or a permanent UK resident with indefinite leave to remain in the UK.

Please do NOT apply on this site if you are not a UK resident.
